    Day 1: House of Waine, Nairobi

    Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and assisted to transfer to House of Waine. House of Waine is a family owned and run boutique hotel located within the heart of the Karen suburb of Nairobi, Kenya. The hotel provides a serene gateway in a tranquil setting, while still remaining close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city.

    Days 2-3: Amboseli National Park

    After an early breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to Wilson Airport for schedule flight aircraft departing to Amboseli at 07:30 hours and arriving at Amboseli airstrip at 08:10 hours and on arrival met by our staff in 4×4 vehicle and transferred to Angama Amboseli with game drives en-route arriving in time for lunch at the camp. After lunch, relax a bit before departing for your afternoon game drive in the park. Amboseli National park is famous for being one of the best places in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants among other wildlife species. The park sits on the lower slopes of the spectacular Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. The ecosystem mainly savannah grassland spreads across the Kenya-Tanzania border. Major attractions are the large herds of elephants, Mt Kilimanjaro which is clearly visible above the clouds in an early morning, the big five and other animals including buffalo, black rhino, zebra, wildebeest and other plain animals

    Days 4-5: Tarangire National Park

    After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Amboseli airstrip for your morning flight to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport. Upon arrival, you’ll connect to the scheduled flight to Arusha Airport / Kilimanjaro International Airport, followed by your onward flight to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, you will be assisted transfer to Nimali Tarangire. With only six tented suites on offer and located in a private reserve adjoining Tarangire National Park, Nimali Tarangire is perfect for privacy-seeking and discerning safari travellers. The camp is inspired by the local Maasai culture which is reflected in artfully curated artefacts and soft furnishings. Designed to blend effortlessly into the surrounding environment, Nimali Tarangire is home to an underground hide where you can witness animals at close quarters as they come down to drink.

    Days 6-7: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

    Learn how Africans live today, exploring in and around the village of Mto wa Mbu, as you ride by tuk-tuk, a major form of transport here. See rice fields and a banana plantation, and try banana beer at a local bar. In the village, enjoy a walk through the local market to see the colorful produce on display. After lunch in the village, head toward Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive at Gibb’s Farm, on the forested slopes of Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Established as a coffee farm in the 1920s and refurbished as a luxurious boutique inn, Gibb’s Farm offers you the charm of another era.

    You will do game drives in Ngorongoro Crater to explore the panoramic, short-grass prairies along the crater floor — home to rare black rhinos as well as lions, hyenas and gazelles. See colorfully garbed Maasai herdsmen, who call the stunning landscape home. Visit a Maasai village and meet with an elder to learn about local culture and traditions.

    Days 8-10: Serengeti National Park

    Drive to Serengeti National Park, pausing en route for a privately guided visit at archaeologically rich Olduvai Gorge. The vast Tanzanian landscape hosts one of earth’s last remaining wildlife spectacles: the annual Great Migration, when a staggering number of herbivores trek across the Serengeti plains in search of water and fresh grass — hungry predators following in their wake. Over the next two days, your adventure may reveal giraffes, wildebeest, elephants and much more on morning and afternoon game drives through the boundless Serengeti, home of one of the largest wildlife populations in the world. Keep your camera at the ready for a pack of cheetahs, herd of buffalo or pride of lions. Here, too, reside over 500 species of birds, among them eagles, who glide effortlessly above the sun-soaked landscape

    Days 11-13: Maasai Mara Game Reserve

    Fly to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Upon arrival check in at the luxurious Paradise Plains. After lunch, set out on a game drive that introduces you to the famed reserve, where you find the greatest concentration of species in all of Kenya. Spend the next two days in the Mara, more than 500 square miles of savannas, woodlands and tree-fringed rivers that shelter an astonishing range of wildlife, including 400 bird species and all the great predators. You may also encounter crocodiles, hippos, monkeys, elephants and giraffes. One morning, you may opt for a hot air balloon ride across the sprawling Mara, at an additional cost, for an exciting new perspective on wildlife.

    Day 14: Departure, End of Expedition

    Fly back to Nairobi and spend the afternoon at leisure in your dayroom accommodations. This evening, transfer to the airport for your departing flight.
